By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you (“you“, “user“) agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy available at https://neuri.app/privacy-policy/. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Service.

1. The Service

Neuri is a brain-training mobile application that delivers short interactive exercises (quizzes, memory tasks, logic puzzles, attention drills, reading-comprehension challenges, and similar content) in a swipeable feed format. The Service tracks your activity over time and presents personal analytics across multiple cognitive skills.

The Service is intended for general wellness and personal entertainment purposes. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See Section 12 (Disclaimers) for details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

You also represent that:

You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and
You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

3. Account and Authentication

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You may sign in using:

Sign in with Apple (on iOS);
Google Sign-In;
Email and password; or
Telegram authentication (where applicable).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You must notify us promptly at support@neuri.app if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Plans

The Service offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (“LAB“) that unlock additional features, including extended analytics time periods, the full set of cognitive skill tracking, the NeuriPower index, exclusive multi-day “neuro-cinema” content, and other premium-only content and modes.

Premium is offered in the following billing periods:

Monthly Subscription — billed every one (1) month;
Annual Subscription — billed every twelve (12) months.

The current price, billing period, and free-trial offer applicable to you are displayed in the App Store at the point of purchase, in your local currency. Prices may vary by region and may change from time to time.

4.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period (typically up to fourteen (14) days) for new subscribers. The exact length and eligibility for any free trial are shown to you in the App Store before you confirm your purchase. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription price.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.4 Managing and Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription, view renewal dates, switch plans, or cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device:

Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Neuri → Manage / Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain Premium access until then.

4.5 Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the Service or change devices, you can restore your active subscription using the “Restore Purchases” action available in the Profile screen of the Service.

4.6 Payments and Refunds

All payments for subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account in accordance with Apple’s terms and conditions. We do not process payments directly and we do not store your payment-card information.

Refunds are governed by Apple’s refund policy. To request a refund, please use Apple’s “Report a Problem” page:

We do not control whether Apple grants a refund. Where required by applicable law (including statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction), nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund right you may have.

5. License Grant

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Neuri grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Service on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and only as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service (“Usage Rules“).

You may not:

copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Service;
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service;
use the Service to build a competing product, or to scrape, mine, or extract data from the Service;
use any automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Service;
circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features of the Service; or
use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

6. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by, any third party.

If the Service permits you to submit feedback, comments, or other content (“User Content“), you grant Neuri a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and create derivative works of such User Content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, sounds, and other materials, is owned by Neuri or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 6, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

“Neuri”, the Neuri logo, and “NeuriPower” are trademarks of Neuri. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://neuri.app/privacy-policy/. The Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have with respect to your data.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly from the Service:

Profile → Settings → Delete Data

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It will remove your profile, learning history, performance analytics, and other associated user data from our systems. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Apple-billed subscription — you must also cancel the subscription separately through your Apple ID settings (see Section 4.4) to stop future renewals.

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms

10.1 Changes to the Service

We may, from time to time, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation, except where prohibited by applicable law.

10.2 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at https://neuri.app/terms-of-use/ with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be notified to you in-app or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Medical disclaimer. Neuri is a wellness and entertainment product. It is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or cognitive condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. The “NeuriPower” index, skill ratings, streaks, and other analytics provided by the Service are personal performance indicators only and should not be interpreted as clinical assessments. If you have or suspect you have a health condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use the Service while operating a vehicle or performing any activity that requires your full attention.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neuri disclaims all liability arising from your reliance on any content, score, analysis, or recommendation provided through the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NEURI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF NEURI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

NEURI’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO NEURI (THROUGH APPLE) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neuri and its representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; or (c) your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if continued provision of the Service to you would expose us to legal or regulatory risk.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account (Section 10) and, where applicable, cancelling your subscription (Section 4.4) and uninstalling the Service.

Sections 5.3–5.5, 6 (for clauses that survive by their nature), 7 (last paragraph), 8, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17 will survive termination.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms are concluded between you and Neuri only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple“). Neuri (not Apple) is solely responsible for the Service and its content. The following terms apply to your use of the Service obtained from the Apple App Store:

Scope of License. The license granted in Section 6 is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Service on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the Service may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
Maintenance and Support. Neuri is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service, as required by these Terms or by applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service.
Warranty. Neuri is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the Service to you (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Service. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Neuri’s sole responsibility.
Product Claims. Neuri, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service or your possession and/or use of the Service, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Service fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Intellectual Property Rights. In the event of any third-party claim that the Service or your possession and use of the Service infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Neuri (not Apple) will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
Legal Compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Developer Contact Information. For any questions, complaints, or claims with respect to the Service, contact Neuri at support@neuri.app.
Third-Party Terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Service.
Third-Party Beneficiary. You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

16. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Neuri regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Failure by Neuri to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.
No agency. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Neuri.
